1. Shock Warehouse is not responsible for parts installed incorrectly.
Installations are limited by the Customer's own mechanical ability and
training. If you are unsure about installation, please check with a professional
mechanic and /or a repair manual.
2. We are not responsible for false or incorrect information supplied
by a Customer that may result in the incorrect part being sold or purchased.
The end Customer is believed to be competent and knowledgeable about their
vehicle and it's parts. If you are unsure about information on your particular
vehicle, please check with the vehicle's manufacturer.
3. Vehicles quoted and listed in our Online Catalog are presented to be a U.S.
version vehicle, not a gray market / right hand drive model or export version.
Shockwarehouse cannot guarantee fitment on non U.S. vehicles and will not accept
returns for any vehicle originally sold outside of the United States.
4. Shock Warehouse is not responsible for manufacturer backorders. Shock
manufacturers go on backorder on a daily basis leaving us unable to update
the part numbers on the site in a timely fashion. If you suspect a number
is on backorder please call us to see if it is available before you order.
5. Any delivery refused by the customer or undeliverable at the address supplied
will be subject to a 30% (THIRTY PERCENT) restocking fee plus any shipping costs.
6. Shocks MUST be returned to the following address or the customer will
be charged a 30% (THIRTY PERCENT) re-stock fee. If shocks are delivered to wrong address and cannot be retrieved by Shockwarehouse, no refund will be given.
7. Customers who request call tag return labels and who have ordered incorrectly, see: 1,2,3 above, will be charged a fee of the return shipping cost PLUS a $7.95 service fee.

Warranties on the products we distribute are the sole responsibility of the
Shock Manufacturers and their respective policies. Shock Warehouse Inc. does
not imply or give any warranty on products sold through this company, we are
not a Manufacturer. Shock Manufacturer's warranties do not cover installation
or removal fees, repairs, obsolete products no longer available, or shipping
costs, which are the total responsibility of the product user and/or Consumer
or Customer and the product Manufacturer.
ALL WARRANTY CLAIMS MUST USE OUR WARRANTY FORM
1 Used or installed products cannot be returned.
2 Returned products must be new.
3 New products returned are subject to a 20% restocking charge.
4 Custom made / fabricated parts cannot be returned.
5 Special Order parts CANNOT be returned. (Example: Nivomats, Suspension kits, special order coil overs, etc...). In cases where we can accept a return on a special order there will be a 30% re-stock fee plus the cost of free shipping. In some cases this can be significant if the product is heavy or requires a large box.
6 Racing parts cannot be returned.
7 Items to be returned must be returned to us within 45 days of the purchase
8 New items returned must be in good salable condition. If any hardware
is missing, you will be charged the cost or replacing it.
9 Customers who received free shipping will be charged a $15 service fee
upon return of product.
10. We reserve the right to refuse any product return or credit.
In the case of returns for items that are incorrectly ordered by the customer,
Shockwarehouse does not charge restocking or shipping fees if a replacement order
is placed. We charge a $10 processing fee on all incorrect order returns, taken
from the refund amount. All replacement orders will be charged in full at the
time of fulfillment. Refunds will be given at the time the incorrectly ordered
items are received according to Shockwarehouse's return policies. A reorder must
be placed before return is refunded in order to avoid restocking fees.

By filling in this form, you are only REQUESTING an RGA (Return
Goods Authorization number).
You cannot return any product without an RGA number we have given you.
Any shipment sent to us WITHOUT AN RGA may be REFUSED by our shipping
department. Any shipment without an RGA delivered to our shipping department
is considered trash and will be disposed of as such.
If approved, an RGA number will be emailed to you. Be sure and mark the RGA clearly
on the outside of the shipment for our shipping dept. to see. All returned items need
to be individually inspected before a refund will be processed. Refunds can take up
to THIRTY DAYS (30). Refunds are credited on the 15th and 30th of each month.
