Old fashioned automatic level systems used a lever between the
frame and the axle to determine level and ride height.
The levers were hard to mount and calibrate, and prone to failure.
Now Airlift solves the problem with SmartAir, and exclusive electronic system
that has no contact arm ! It's quick and easy to install, and has
no lines at all to the cab.
The leveling system senses when the system is not level - either
too low or too high - and automatically returns to the desired set ride height.
Works inder any road, any load conditions...it simply keeps the
vehicle level, no matter what.

Airlift Load Controller II
The Load Controller II is Air Lift's most popular compressor
and air control system for trucks, vans, and SUVs. The basic system controls,
rear bags together for front-to rear leveling: the dual-path
model controls two springs independently for side-to-side
and front-to-rear leveling.
All kits include Air Lift's exclusive wiring harness for
fast, easy installation. To eleminate the major cause of air spring failure, our low
pressure sensor automatically activates if pressure falls blow the minimum safe level.

PN 25415 is a single leveling sensor (front to rear leveling)
PN 25430 is a dual leveling sensor (side to side and front to rear leveling).
Load Controller II Systems
Load Controller II PN 25812 is a dual
path side to side and front to
rear leveling (pictures right top) system.
Load Controller II PN 25592 is a single path front to rear
leveling system. (similar to 25812,
but with single gaugae dash panel.
It inflates both air springs equally. Ideal for SUVs, vans, and cars.
