Monroe Load-leveler
shocks are designed to help sagging
rear suspensions when towing or hauling. They feature a variable
rate spring, and aluminum collars for added strength. These shocks
can help provide up to 1,100 lbs. of additional load carrying
capacity.
Load-levelers are available for some cars as well
as trucks.
Load-levelers- are self leveling and load bearing.
No adjustments are needed by installer.
NOTE: Monroe Load-levelers are sold as a PAIR,
and will appear listed that way in our Online Catalogs.
(Load carrying ability
is limited by vehicle suspension, tires and transmission.)

Note: a lot
of newer trucks have a Height Sensing Brake Proportioning
Valve, or Height Sensative Electronics (especially if
you have any ABS brakes). For those vehicles, there
may not be any Loadleveler shocks, and it is not likely
a company will make any, because that would effect braking
and safety.
