Monroe GasMagnum 555 Series Load Assist Shocks
The Monroe Gas-Magnum RV shock combines gas-charging
and valving to deliver a new
level of ride and handling. Engineered to exceed the demanding
standards of original
equipment manufacturers, these shocks are designed for a broad
range of applications,
from tow vehicles to class A, B and C motorhomes.
For several class C Motorhome RV applications, load assist
units (shocks with springs) are available.
These are much like (but larger) than Monroe's Load Levelers
and work in a similar manner. (note that
this picture is a generic one and the actual part will differ slightly).
