These gas-charged, extra-durable Monroe shock absorbers feature strengthened
components for superior stability and control in the toughest applications.
Durable Severe Service shock absorbers have a larger
bore for greater working
capacity and arc-welded mounts for higher tensile strength.
Some Severe Service units
are Load Assist shocks for extra rear support, similar to
Monroe's Load levelers. (note that
