How to Return or Exchange Parts at Shockwarehouse
Whether you ordered the wrong part, changed your mind, or need a different setup for your vehicle, Shockwarehouse makes returns and exchanges straightforward. Here's everything you need to know about our 45-day return and exchange policy.
Our 45-Day Return Window
You have 45 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange. This gives you plenty of time to verify your parts before installation.
Important: Parts must meet the following conditions to be eligible:
- New and unused — the product cannot have been installed on a vehicle
- Uninstalled condition — verify you have the correct part number(s) before attempting installation
- All original hardware included — bushings, washers, sleeves, spring seats, and any other components that came in the box
- Original packaging — keep the manufacturer's box and packing materials until you're sure the parts are correct
Exchanges (Swapping for a Different Part)
If you need a different part — a different brand, a different size, or a set for a different vehicle — we're happy to help with an exchange.
- No restocking fee on exchanges
- The customer covers shipping on the new order
- Typical turnaround is 1–5 business days from when we receive your returned item
- If you need the replacement parts right away, we can ship the new order immediately. You'll be charged for the new order up front, and we'll refund the original item once it arrives back at our warehouse
Returns (Refund, No Exchange)
If you'd like a refund instead of an exchange, the following fees apply:
- 10% restocking fee — deducted from your refund

Return shipping costs — we can provide a prepaid return label, and the cost is deducted from your refund:
- Under 50 lbs: $24.99 flat-rate shipping label fee
- Over 50 lbs: An additional $50 oversize surcharge on top of the carrier-calculated return shipping fee (large suspension kits, heavy-duty components, etc.)
Refund timeline: Refunds are processed within 5 business days of our warehouse receiving your return. After that, it typically takes 1–3 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.
When a Return Is Our Responsibility
If the issue is on our end — for example, we shipped the wrong part, or the product arrived damaged — the process is different:
- Free return shipping label — no cost to you
- Free replacement shipping — we send the correct or replacement item at no additional charge
- No restocking fee

How to Start a Return or Exchange
- Submit a Return Authorization Request on our website at shockwarehouse.com/pages/returns
- Our team will review your request and send you a prepaid return label via email, usually within 1 business day
- Print the label and tape it securely to the outside of the package
- Drop off the package at any FedEx location or schedule a FedEx pickup
- Once we receive the return, we'll process your exchange or refund
Tip: Before shipping your return, double-check that all hardware and original packaging are included. Returns missing components may be delayed or rejected.
International Orders
Please note that international orders are final and cannot be returned. If you're ordering from outside the United States, please verify all part numbers and fitment details carefully before placing your order.
Non-stock items that are cancelled before international shipment may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
