  1. Shockwarehouse is not responsible for parts installed incorrectly. Installations are limited by the Customer's own mechanical ability and training. If you are unsure about installation, please check with a professional mechanic and /or a repair manual.

  2. All parts and boxes must be in new, sale-ready condition. This includes superficial or aesthetic damage and any small parts included in the original sale. Any return that is not in sale-ready condition will be subject to additional fees or may be ineligible for return.

  3. We are not responsible for false or incorrect information supplied by a customer that results in the incorrect part being sold or purchased. The end customer is assumed to be competent and knowledgeable about their vehicle and its parts. If you are unsure about information on your particular vehicle, please check with the vehicle manufacturer.

  4. All vehicle fitments listed in the Shockwarehouse catalog are presented as normal consumer U.S. market vehicles. Military, fleet, gray market, right hand drive models, JDM, European spec, and export vehicles may use different suspension components. Shockwarehouse cannot guarantee fitment on non U.S. vehicles and will not accept returns for any vehicle originally sold outside of the United States retail environment.

  5. Shockwarehouse is not responsible for manufacturer backorders. Shock manufacturers go on backorder on a daily basis leaving us unable to update the part numbers on the site in a timely fashion. If you suspect an item is on backorder or have an urgent need for your item please call us at 1-800-245-7469 to confirm stock availability before you purchase.

  6. Core charges are refunded at the will of the item manufacturer and are not guaranteed. Core charge eligibility may change unexpectedly and without notice. Core charges may be discontinued at any time without notice by the manufacturer. Shockwarehouse does not operate a core exchange program, we merely act as an intermediary for the manufacturer's core program. Any core refund is dependent wholly on the manufacturer's acceptance of the returned core item as an eligible, rebuildable core currently included in the refund program. Core refunds must be received within 30 days of original shipping date. Any core return received after that time period will be refused.

  7. Any delivery refused by the customer or undeliverable at the address supplied will be subject to a 30% (THIRTY PERCENT) restocking fee plus any shipping costs.

  8. Special order parts CANNOT be returned. (Example: special order coilovers, custom valved shocks, Nivomats, suspension kits, Bilstein 5165 and Bilstein 5125, Fox universal fitment shocks etc...).

  9. Free shipping fee of $15.95 applies to all returns that received free shipping. The standard free shipping fee applies to all orders under 20 lbs, any order with a shipping weight over 20 lbs may be subject to additional shipping fees due the extra expense incurred by Shockwarehouse shipping the item to you for free. The free shipping fee does not cover return shipping from the customer to Shockwarehouse, it applies to the cost shipping the item to the customer.

  10. All returns must be received within 45 days of the original shipping date. Any return outside of the 45 day window may be refused.

  11. A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.

  12. Shocks MUST be returned to the following address or the customer will be charged a 30% (THIRTY PERCENT) restocking fee. If a return is delivered to a wrong address and cannot be retrieved by Shockwarehouse, no refund will be given. Parts returned to any address other than the Mississippi address below will be charged a $30 transfer fee to be processed and shipped back to Mississippi.

  13. Credits are done of the 15th and 30th of each month. Items received and CHECKED IN will be credited on those days

  14. Items that are dropshipped from Manufacturers and Returned to Shockwarehouse will be charge a $20 dropship fee. This fee will be waived if the customer reorders parts of equal value

  15. Customers who order parts and cancel after orders have been processed and placed on order from the manufacturer may be subject to re-stock fees if the parts are non-stocking inventory items. The fee will be 10% of the parts ordered.

  16. Customers who would like to request a return label: Labels can be sent by us for a charge of $28.95 for a shock order. $35.95 for a strut order.

Warranties on the products we distribute are the sole responsibility of the Shock Manufacturers' and their respective policies. Shockwarehouse does not imply or give any warranty on products sold through this company, we are not a manufacturer. Shock manufacturer's warranties do not cover installation or removal fees, repairs, obsolete products no longer available, or shipping costs, which are the total responsibility of the product user and/or consumer or customer and the product manufacturer.


We understand that ordering shocks and suspension parts for your car or truck can sometimes be a confusing and difficult process, and we do our best to make it as easy as possible to find the right shocks for your vehicle. In the case of returns for items that are incorrectly ordered by the customer, Shockwarehouse may waive restocking or shipping fees if a replacement order is placed. We charge a $10 processing fee on all incorrect order returns, taken from the refund amount. All replacement orders will be charged in full at the time of fulfillment. Refunds will be given at the time the incorrectly ordered items are received according to the Shockwarehouse return policies. A reorder must be placed before return is refunded in order to avoid restocking fees. We reserve the right to refuse this service to any customer who is abusive, insulting, belligerent, vulgar, or just plain rude.


If approved, an return authorization number will be emailed to you. Be sure and mark the RA clearly on the outside of the shipment for our shipping department to see. All returned items need to be individually inspected before a refund will be processed. Refunds can take up to THIRTY DAYS (30). Refunds are credited on the 15th and 30th of each month.
