General Shipping
- We use UPS and FedEx for all shipments. All orders $95.00 or more, in the 48 continental states qualify for Free Ground. Certain items will not qualify for free shipping because of weight requirements. These include some airlift kits, struts and lift kits.
- We offer Ground, 2 Day Air, Overnight, World Wide Expedited and World Wide Express. Overnight or 2nd Day Air shipments, begin the following BUSINESS day on all orders placed after 2:00 PM EST. All orders placed after 2:00 PM EST on Friday will be shipped on Monday.
- UPS and FedEx will not deliver to a PO Box.
- UPS and FedEx will not ship to Military APO/FPO boxes. Please provide an alternative ship-to address when ordering.
- Once a package is picked up from us, it is subject to the carriers rules and regulations and their delivery policies.

- All orders outside of the 48 continental states or under $95.00 are charged regular UPS/FedEx rates.
- Performance Internet Parts LLC shall not be liable for any delays, inability to perform services, or failure to meet delivery timelines due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: Acts of God, natural disasters (hurricanes, earthquakes, floods. ice storms, blizzards), pandemics, government actions, labor strikes, or carrier transportation failures.
- For orders over $1000.00, we will request the shipping agent to require a signature on delivery to ensure you receive your products. Please contact us at customerservice@shockwarehouse.com or call us at 1-954-202-6229 if you will not be available to sign when the products are delivered.
