International Shipping

Shockwarehouse serves customers all over the world using Fedex, UPS, USPS and DHL shipping services. 

• Customs, taxes, duties or other fees may be required at the time of delivery by your country.

• Fees outside the actual shipping expense are not included in the international shipping quote or paid by Shockwarehouse. These fees are the sole responsibility of the receiver.

• In the event that the receiver refuses to pay customs fees or refuses delivery, the order will be considered delivered and no refund will be given.

• Shockwarehouse is not liable for any delays in shipping international packages on a NON-stocking product where ordered product has to be acquired from the manufacturer, shipped to our warehouse, and then shipped out of the United States to the customer.

• Shockwarehouse reserves the right to charge any credit card on file or use any available method to secure payment for any fees that are charged to the shipper.

• Shockwarehouse does not estimate taxes, fees or duties. Contact your local customs office for more information.

• Shockwarehouse will NOT lie about package contents or value in order to help you circumvent your country's taxes or import fees.
