Jeep Liberty Shocks

I'm looking to replace OEM shocks in my Liberty, I want Bilstein shocks, but the Liberty is not listed in Bilstein's application guide, however, you offer the Bilstein BST HEAVY DUTY for the 2004 Liberty, do you offer some sort of adapter or will it fit just like that?

ANSWER:
The Bilsteins for the Libertys fit 2002-2007 models, these are new part numbers.
